1. Accepting these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AOE Centre website at aoecentre.org and its services. By creating an account, buying access, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you may use AOE Centre only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An account is for one person. To protect the material, each account may hold at most two active sign-ins — for example your own phone and a classroom board — and a further sign-in ends the oldest of that kind.
• Tell us promptly at aoe4education@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is shared, or that is used to abuse the service.

3. Access codes and what they unlock

• Access to a subject is granted by an access code. One code unlocks one subject section (or the specific bundle stated when it was issued).
• A code is single-use and is tied to the first account that redeems it. It cannot be shared, resold or transferred.
• Each code carries its own validity — a number of days from redemption, or a fixed end date — shown to you when you redeem it. When access expires you may buy a new code.
• We may withdraw or replace a subject's content, or a code for a subject that is no longer offered; where a code you have paid for cannot be honoured, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• Ordering on the website sends your order to us over WhatsApp. Payment is arranged and confirmed by hand, and your access code is issued by hand after payment. The website itself does not take card payments and does not store card or bank-card numbers.
• You are responsible for paying the agreed amount by the method we confirm with you.

5. Refunds

Because access is delivered as a digital code that unlocks material immediately, a code that has been redeemed is generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong — you were charged in error, a code did not work, or the content was not as described — contact us at aoe4education@gmail.com and we will look into it fairly. This does not affect any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

When you use AOE Centre you agree not to:

• copy, download in bulk, record, republish, sell or share the question banks, materials or teacher content, in whole or in part;
• share your account or an access code with anyone else;
• attempt to bypass access controls, probe or attack the site, or disrupt the service for others;
• upload anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data;
• submit false reports, spam, or content you do not have the right to submit.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Our materials and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, glossaries, diagrams, guides, designs and other content on AOE Centre are owned by AOE Centre or its licensors and are protected by law. Unlocking a subject gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use that material for your own study or teaching for as long as your access is valid. It does not transfer any ownership, and it does not permit copying, distribution or resale. Teacher material is provided online only and is not for printing or redistribution.

8. Teacher and ambassador terms

• Teacher access is granted by a teacher code and carries the same one-account, no-sharing and validity rules. Teacher materials, class tools and the classroom board are for use with your own students and must not be redistributed.
• If you join the ambassador or partner programme, any referral rewards, rates and payouts are as we set out to you at the time. Rewards are earned on genuine referrals; self-referral, fake orders or other manipulation will void them. We may vary the programme's terms on notice.

9. Attendance service (partner schools)

Where a school uses the AOE attendance service, it is provided to the school under a separate arrangement. The school is responsible for obtaining the consents it needs from staff, students and parents, and for the accuracy of the data it enters. AOE Centre processes that data on the school's instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service for maintenance, improvement or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, networks or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Liability

AOE Centre provides study and practice material to support learning; we do not guarantee any particular examination result or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, AOE Centre is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the access in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these Terms: aoe4education@gmail.com.

2. 您的账户

• 每个账户仅供一人使用。为保护教材，每个账户最多同时保持两个有效登录——例如您本人的手机和课室屏幕——再次登录将结束同类中最旧的一个。
• 若您认为账户被未经许可使用，请尽快电邮 aoe4education@gmail.com 通知我们。
• 对于违反本条款、被共享或被滥用的账户，我们可暂停或关闭。

3. 访问码及其解锁内容

• 科目访问权限透过访问码授予。一个访问码解锁一个科目（或发放时所述的特定组合）。
• 访问码为一次性使用，绑定至首个兑换的账户，不得共享、转售或转让。
• 每个访问码有其有效期——自兑换起计的天数，或固定的结束日期——兑换时会向您显示。到期后您可购买新的访问码。
• 我们可撤回或替换某科目内容，或撤回已停止提供科目的访问码；若您已付费的访问码无法履行，请联系我们，我们会妥善处理。

4. 价格与付款

• 价格显示于网站，并可能不时变动；适用价格以您下单时显示的价格为准。
• 在网站下单会透过 WhatsApp 将订单发送给我们。付款由人工安排与确认，访问码于付款后人工发放。本网站不收取信用卡付款，也不存储任何银行卡或信用卡号码。
• 您须按我们与您确认的方式支付约定金额。

5. 退款

由于访问权限以数字访问码形式即时解锁教材，已兑换的访问码一般不予退款。若发生错误——例如误扣款、访问码无法使用，或内容与描述不符——请电邮 aoe4education@gmail.com，我们会公平处理。这不影响您依马来西亚消费者法享有的权利。

6. 可接受的使用

使用本中心时，您同意不会：

• 复制、批量下载、录制、再发布、出售或分享题库、教材或教师内容的全部或部分；
• 与他人共享您的账户或访问码；
• 试图绕过访问控制、探测或攻击网站，或干扰他人使用服务；
• 上传任何违法、冒犯或侵犯他人权利的内容；
• 使用自动化工具抓取或采集内容或资料；
• 提交虚假报告、垃圾信息，或您无权提交的内容。

对于违反上述规定的内容与账户，我们可予以移除或暂停。

7. 我们的教材与知识产权

本中心的所有题目、讲解、词汇表、图示、指南、设计及其他内容，均属 AOE Centre 或其授权方所有并受法律保护。解锁科目仅授予您在访问有效期内为自身学习或教学使用该教材的个人、不可转让的权利，不转移任何所有权，也不允许复制、分发或转售。教师教材仅在线提供，不得打印或再分发。

8. 教师与大使条款

• 教师访问权限透过教师码授予，并适用相同的单一账户、不得共享及有效期规则。教师教材、班级工具及课室屏幕仅供用于您自己的学生，不得再分发。
• 若您加入大使或合作伙伴计划，任何推荐奖励、比率及付款以我们当时向您说明者为准。奖励基于真实推荐；自我推荐、虚假订单或其他操纵行为将使其失效。我们可经通知变更计划条款。

9. 考勤服务（合作学校）

学校使用 AOE 考勤服务时，依另行安排向学校提供。学校负责取得其对教职员、学生及家长所需的同意，并对所录入资料的准确性负责。AOE Centre 依学校指示处理该等资料，详见隐私政策。

10. 服务可用性

我们致力维持服务运作，但不保证服务不中断或无差错。我们可因维护、改进或不可控原因更新、暂停或撤回部分服务。对于由主机服务商、网络或我们合理控制以外事件所致的中断，我们不承担责任。

11. 责任

本中心提供学习与练习教材以辅助学习，我们不保证任何特定考试成绩或结果。在法律允许的范围内，AOE Centre 不对间接或后果性损失负责，且我们就相关服务对您的总责任以您就该访问所支付的金额为限。本条款中任何内容均不限制依马来西亚法律不可限制的责任。

12. 条款的变更

我们可不时更新本条款。“最后更新”日期显示当前版本，变更后继续使用服务即表示您接受更新后的条款。

13. 适用法律

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，任何争议由马来西亚法院管辖。有关本条款的问题：aoe4education@gmail.com。
